Born from a passion for muscle cars and the desire to help the local community with their automotive needs, Alignment Plus was founded by Steve Roberts, his wife, Linda, and his parents, David and Emma. Steve, a San Diego native, began his career in the automotive industry at the age of 14, when he and a friend created their own mobile tune-up business. He was quick to take any automotive courses provided by the local high school or community colleges while working as an apprentice in the area. After 18 years of working and advancing in the industry, he and his family partnered together to open Alignment Plus, a shop that would bring specialty alignment, steering, suspension, and brake services to the North County area.

  After almost 27 years in business and handling the day-to-day operations of Alignment Plus, Steve decided to bring in an experienced service manager with a proven record to help run the shop. Ray Ross, the new service manager, began his automotive career at the age of 8 when he began helping his father at the family gas station. By the time Ray joined the Alignment Plus team, he had over 6 decades of automotive experience and had excelled as a technician, service advisor, and in business management. After 8 years with the company, Ray became partners with Steve and Linda and now leads the Alignment Plus team.
