• "We brought our 1964 Ford Fairlane in for an alignment since the suspension was badly out of whack due to a bad tow job. However, when we drove it away, it was like a new car right off a dealer's lot. Ray Ross, the service manager, is truly a master mechanic, not just a parts changer (aka technician) like so many service folks are these days. The car had many problems besides the alignment issue, so we asked Ray if he could recommend some local shops to help correct all the other issues. After discussing the many problems with him, he indicated that he could do it all - a true master mechanic. After solving a few problems along the way, Alignment Plus was able to install a power brake booster assembly (a no-small feat), repair the rear brake cylinders and brake lights, fix a faulty neutral safety switch, adjust the shift linkage, plus perform a most excellent engine tune-up. • "All I can say is 'Wow! Way to go!". We had our Cadillac serviced and in for alignment 3x with local dealership. It just kept pulling to the left. They said that everything was lining up on the computer and they didn't really feel anything wrong when the tech drove it - Definitely underplayed the drift/pull we were experiencing. Was subsequently referred to AP from Art at GM Exclusive shop and called & spoke with Ray. You could tell right off the bat that he has a deep level of experience. He said to bring the car over and they'd take a look. Fit me in that same day and had the car back to me - Totally fixed within a few hours. When I picked up the car up, he took the time to go over what they had done and how badly it was out of camber, tow-in, etc. The car drives beautifully again! You can lightly rest 2-fingers on the steering wheel and it just tracks perfectly straight. Couldn't be more please to find such a good shop with courteous, experienced, reputable people.
